We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All orders are custom-made to order and sales are final. 

Have an issue with your order?

• If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged, email info@barenakedwalls.com with your order number within 14 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.
• Orders reported lost or stolen outside of the 14 days, or without photographic evidence of the damage and packaging materials, will not qualify for replacement or reimbursement.
